GradeMate offers one free trial detailed analysis per account — front and back, the four grading criteria, a choice of 13 companies, and the ungraded card's market price when the catalogue has one — once only: after that, analyses are paid. Credit packs (1, 5 or 15 scans) from $1.99 unlock detailed reports without a subscription. The Pro plan, at $19.99 a month, adds 300 detailed analyses a month, batch processing, PDF reports and CSV export, the submission planner, price alerts, API access and priority support (reply within 24 business hours). Pro can also be billed yearly, at $191.90 a year (that's $15.99 a month, 20% less than monthly billing). The Shop plan, at $49 a month, is for card shops and high-volume sellers: everything in Pro, a fair-use limit of 1,000 analyses a month and submission plans of up to 200 cards.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use GradeMate for free?
For a trial. Every account gets one free detailed analysis, once — subgrades, defects, measured centering, cross-company comparison. After that, each analysis takes a credit (packs that never expire, from $1.99) or a Pro or Shop subscription. Without a subscription, history is capped at 5 cards, and CSV export, PDF reports, batch processing and API access are for Pro and Shop subscribers. Only the centering tool stays free, in your browser.
How do I cancel my subscription?
At any time from your Settings: the “Cancel my subscription” button opens Stripe's secure cancellation page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: your access stays open until then, and nothing is charged after that. This is different from withdrawal, possible within 14 days of subscribing from the “Withdraw from the contract here” page, at the bottom of every page.
How much does real grading cost?
It depends on the company, the service level chosen and the card's declared value, and prices change regularly. You also need to budget insured round-trip shipping and, outside your customs union, import fees. That total cost is exactly what a pre-estimate helps you commit wisely.
