Frequently asked questions
Is the free tier limited in features?
No. It gives access to the full front/back analysis, the four-criteria breakdown, the recommendations and every grading company. The only limit is volume: 3 analyses per day, reset at midnight UTC.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In one click from your settings: the “Manage my subscription” button opens the Stripe billing portal, where cancellation takes effect at the end of the period. Your access stays open until the date you already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.
How much does real grading cost?
It depends on the company, the service level chosen and the card's declared value, and prices change regularly. You also need to budget insured round-trip shipping and, outside your customs union, import fees. That total cost is exactly what a pre-estimate helps you commit wisely.
