Withdraw from the contract

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a purchase made on GradeMate — a Pro or Shop subscription, or a credit pack — within 14 days of the day of payment, without giving any reason (articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

Withdrawal cancels the purchase. It is different from cancelling a subscription, which stops it at the end of the paid period without a refund: to cancel, use the “Cancel my subscription” button in Settings.

As soon as you send the form below, you receive an acknowledgment by email, with the date and time of your request. Please keep it.

You are refunded no later than 14 days after we receive your request, using the payment method used for the purchase.

Credits: those you have already used after asking, at checkout, to have them immediately are not refunded; unused credits are.

Subscription: if it started at your request before the end of the withdrawal period, the part of the period already supplied up to your request remains due; the rest is refunded.

GradeMate payments are sold through Link, Stripe's payment service, which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction (Stripe Managed Payments). The refund is therefore issued by Stripe/Link. Stripe also applies the cooling-off periods required by law and may grant a refund within 60 days of a purchase; you can also manage your orders on link.com.
